Junk Food

 Junk food is  one kind of food, which is high in calories and low in nutritional value . It does not have any food value. It looks very appealing to everybody but it's good for health. It basically contains added chemicals, which make it taste soothing but unhealthy. Moreover, it is usually becoming a part of our lives in modern society due to convenience  and quickness to time, many of us now depend on junk food for our food.


Generally, junk foods are very attractive and tasty to watch and are also liked by people of all ages groups. Therefore, the more attractive they look, the opposite they are from the inside. Junk foods are never considered good for health and individuals who consume them regularly invite many diseases. Such as heart diseases, cancer, premature ageing, high blood pressure, bone problems, diabetes, mental diseases, digestive system problems, liver related problems etc. According to research, it has been found that young age is a very sensitive age, during this age a person should eat good health enhancers. Because of leading to adult age group there are many changes in the body.. Junk food are more harmful than we think. They are very difficult to digest and require more energy from the body for their action and it also decrease the oxygen level in a person's body, there is no proper development of the brain. As junk foods are very harmful to health and if ingested regularly, they harm health without any benefit. We should not consume junk food to live a good, health and pleasant life throughout life. It is more harmful to an obese person due to the high amount of calories in fast food.
